What does made-to-order mean?

Made-to-order jewelry refers to pieces that are custom-made upon request, rather than being pre-manufactured and stored in inventory. This approach to jewelry making ensures that each piece is crafted specifically to meet the customer's specifications. Made-to-order jewelry involves meticulous craftsmanship, as each piece is individually crafted by skilled artisans. 

When you place an order, our craftmen starts working on your piece. 

It usually takes 5-7 days to get ready and ship your jewellery.

Will I be charged for customs when I receive my order?

Our shop only fulfils orders within the EU include, which means taxes and duties are included in your order. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

How do I know my ring size?

Are earrings sold as a pair?

All earring are sold as a pair. All stud earrings are provided with butterfly scrolls made of the same material as the earrings.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

We provide polishing cloth with each order. 

Specifically designed for all types of gold, platinum and silver, this small cloth will restore and preserve your jewellery items, keeping them looking like new. Suitable for everyday use and heavily tarnished items.

What materials are Mojave Jewellery made of?

\we use 14 carat solid gold material for our fine jewellery collection ans Sterling Silver for the Silver collection.  We offer 2 platings: 14k gold and rhodium.

How does the jewellery box look like?

Our jewelry box features a stunning matchbox design in beige colour, finished with elegant buckram paper. It includes a small drawer that contains a foam insert covered with soft velour.

Is Mojave jewellery waterproof?

Yes, they are waterproof and suitable for everyday wear, but certain types of water can cause damage or tarnish the metal over time.

For example chlorinated water, salt water, sulfur-containing water.

All of your jewellery are handmade?

90% of our jewellery are handmade by our cratmen team. Not handmade items are the huggies and a few of the stud earrings.

Will I get a certificate of authenticity?

All of our pieces are certified by Mojave –  made 14K gold, 14K gold-plated Sterling Silver, Rhodium plated Sterling Silver, ethically sourced diamonds, gemstones and pearls.

You will receive an authenticity card with each order via email.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Once we have dispatched the goods, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail info@mojavejewellery.com. You must notify us by email or telephone at our contact address of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

What if I received the wrong item or an item is missing?

Can I track my parcel?

What items are not eligible for returns?

Individual products in sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund. Meaning if you order a pair or earrings you need to return them both for example.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.

How will I get a refund?
