Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver to most EU countries and the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated ship date varies per product. Our estimated times are listed on our product pages.

What courier will send my parcel?

All shipments for Standard is arranged via DPD.

Will I be charged for customs if I am outside of Hungary?

All EU orders include duties and taxes, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

How does order tracking works?

Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is delivered to you. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the carrier's website.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or you suspect it may be lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your jewelry reaches you as soon as possible.

Returns

Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

  • Individual products in sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10-14 working days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.

Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.

All eligible items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:

  • Unworn with no signs of wear or damage
  • in the original condition and packaging

Once a refund or exchange has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.
